On the 8th of December Sonda took part in the final of the start-up projects competition, which took place in the innovative center “Skolkovo” . On this day in the CyberCube of InnoCity there were two actions at once, devoted to informational security - Skolkovo Cyberday-2016 conference and the final of IT-projects competition.

Information security is currently one of the most actual directions in the sphere of banking services. The conference Cyberday-2016 brought together leading experts in this field. According to the head of cyber security of the information technologies cluster of Fund "SKOLKOVO" Sergei Khodakov, the number of participants representing the financial sector, grew by about a third in comparisson with last year. Representatives of the leading domestic banks, payment service providers, and also companies developers participated in a conference.

Within the taking place conference the final competition of startup projects Skolkovo Cybersecurity Challenge took place. Competition started on the 1st of August, leading Russian IT-developers took part in it. There was a total of 69 applications, of which the jury chose the best projects. 15 companies including Sonda with the "Payment of Purchases by One Touch of a Finger" project fought for prize-winning places in the final. The Director General Anatoly Bokov made the report. The speech aroused the interest in biometric project by IT professionals and developers, and representatives of banks.

In the comments Anatoly Bokov, said: "our participation in the competition, no doubt, was useful. From the first attempt we reached the final of prestigious competition, and our project became one of 15 of the best. Skolkovo is an excellent platform for support of startups and innovative developments at the high level. For us it was important not only to make the project, but also to hear opinion of experts to improve our project on initial stage".

The Sonda RTI (Real Time Identification) system designed for rapid confirmation or identification of a person by fingerprint.

Access to the system database from any computer via WEB-interface, no special software required, or from any mobile identification terminal.

Searching speed is hundreds of times higher than the rate of traditional AFIS due to the special accelerating algorithms, which yet significantly reduce the hardware requirements.
