Sonda Technologies Company demonstrated the elaborated technologies at the International Exhibition "Turkmentel-2007" ("Telecommunications, telemetry, IT and broadcasting system of Turkmenistan"), which took place in Ashkhabad from 14th till 16th of September in the Exhibition Palace "Sergi Koshgi".
An Identification method, demonstrated by Sonda Technologies Company at the exhibition, can be used in the process of elaborating of biopassport, a new generation document. This method is protected by patents. It accomplishes the following tasks:
- Biometrical registration of the citizens in the process of passport issuing;
- test for duplicates presence in the database of earlier received passports, for the purpose of attempts excluding to receive the second passport under other surname or in the other region;
- entering the biometrical parameters into passport's microchip;
- Biometrical control of the citizens at the passport control stations (test for passport authenticity and all the citizens verification for presence in the "black lists" regardless of passport availability)..jpg)
This complex method of face photo and fingerprints identification formed the basis for elaboration of passport and visa documents issuing and controlling system of new generation in Russia.
The Ministries and Departments of Turkmenistan were interested in Russian biometrical technologies demonstrated at the International Exhibition "Turkmentel-2007" in Ashkhabad.
