How does the system work?
At the entry to school, the special hardware, identifying the pupil by its fingerprint is installed. (Fingerprint sensors). When the child comes to school or leaves it, he puts his finger onto the sensor and the automatic identification is realized. After that the proper text message is sent to the mobile phones of the parents. In addition the parents can get the information about their child’s attendance and other different school events from the special web-site.
The system can manage with tourniquets, installed in the entry to school. With the help of these tourniquets the problem of strangers’ access control is solved as well.

The pupils’ registration in a database is realized on a voluntary basis, in the presence of written agreement of the parents. Digital models of the fingerprints, not the fingerprints themselves are stored in the database. It is impossible to reconstruct the real fingerprint from this digital model.
